Acceptable Use Policy

Use LeadQuarry lawfully, transparently, securely, and in a way that respects the people the data describes. This Policy applies to every account and every user, and breaching it is a material breach of the Terms of Service. This policy sets out obligations you accept under your agreement with LeadQuarry. It is a contractual requirement, not legal advice, and not a complete statement of the law that applies to you. Take your own counsel's advice before you launch.
Permitted Uses
Subject to your contract and to applicable law: internal market research; lawful business-development planning; respectful professional-service outreach through a lawful channel; verification of a record; customer relationship management; and aggregate analytics that do not expose individuals.
Prohibited Uses
Using Lead Data for an FCRA or other eligibility purpose.
Harassing, threatening, shaming, manipulating, stalking, discriminating against, or exploiting the vulnerability of any person.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, data source, urgency, government status, or a consumer's supposed interest.
Contacting a person after an opt-out, or outside applicable quiet hours.
Using regulated automated calling or texting technology without the consent the law requires.
Soliciting legal services in violation of bar rules, or contacting represented parties unlawfully.
Making discriminatory housing, credit, employment, insurance or service decisions, or targeting based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other protected trait.
Locating victims, witnesses, jurors, minors, protected addresses, or people at risk.
Committing fraud, identity theft, credential abuse or unauthorized surveillance.
Scraping the Services, exporting beyond your plan limits, defeating access controls, probing security, introducing malware, or interfering with the Services.
Reselling, publishing, sublicensing or sharing Lead Data except as the Terms expressly allow.
Merging data to build sensitive dossiers, infer protected traits, or re-identify protected data.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious or unnecessarily sensitive material.
Using LeadQuarry branding or a source's name to imply endorsement.
Helping anyone else do any of the above.
Enforcement
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, delete, report or terminate any use that breaches this Policy, and we may preserve and disclose evidence where the law permits. Report abuse or suspected misuse of LeadQuarry data to [email protected].
