Public Records & Data Sources
Last updated: August 8, 2026
LeadQuarry is transparent about where its data comes from and about what that data does and does not mean. This disclosure describes our sources, how we govern them, and how to ask us to correct or suppress a record.
What Our Data Is
We compile data intelligence from sources that may include publicly accessible court, property, recorder, tax, probate, corporate, licensing and other governmental records; lawful open-data portals; licensed commercial datasets; authorized service providers; information supplied by our customers; and outputs derived by matching, standardizing and analysing all of the above.
Data may be copied from a record, standardized, matched, deduplicated, categorized, enriched, scored, inferred or refreshed. “Public-record-derived” does not mean every field appears in the original record, that a government created or endorses our product, or that a record carries no legal restrictions.
What Our Data Is Not
A record-based lead is not evidence of consumer interest, consent, eligibility, wrongdoing, financial status, a need for legal advice, or a completed event. Filings may be allegations. They may be amended, dismissed, sealed or expunged. They may concern people with similar names. Probate and property records routinely name representatives, attorneys, heirs, former owners and other parties who are not the subject of the matter at all.
Source Governance
Before we ingest a source we assess its authority, access method, terms, permitted uses, data categories, geography, update cycle, reliability, suppression mechanics and legal restrictions. We may reject, restrict or discontinue any source. We respect published rate limits and back off when a source asks us to. We do not use credentials without authorization and we do not defeat technical access controls to obtain data.
Every extractor we operate carries a documented permissible purpose for the records it collects.
Corrections and Provenance
If you believe a record about you is wrong, or you want it suppressed, email [email protected]. Include enough information for us to locate the record, but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents by ordinary email.
Depending on the situation we may preserve the underlying source fact while correcting a derived field, adding context, restricting distribution, or suppressing the record entirely. Corrections to an official government record must be made with the originating agency — we cannot change what a court or recorder holds.
Short Form
LeadQuarry provides independent data intelligence derived from public records and other lawful sources. A LeadQuarry lead is not a consumer inquiry, a referral, or consent to contact unless it is expressly labeled as such and accompanied by supporting consent evidence.
