Data Accuracy & No-Warranty Disclosure
Last updated: August 8, 2026
LeadQuarry data is intelligence, not certainty. This disclosure sets out what can go wrong with it, so that you verify before you act.
Known Limitations
Our data may contain errors, omissions, delays, duplicates, stale contact details, identity mismatches, incomplete case outcomes, and records that were later sealed, amended, dismissed, corrected or expunged. Names and addresses may belong to different people. A filing is not proof that its allegations are true, that an event is final, or that a named person holds the role you assume.
Scores and Classifications Are Estimates
Opportunity scores, motivation classifications, match confidence, suggested categories and AI-generated summaries are estimates derived from the information available at the time. They are not legal conclusions, valuations, appraisals, eligibility decisions or predictions of consumer interest. AI-generated text can be wrong or incomplete and must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on or sent.
Your Obligation to Verify
You must independently verify material facts against authoritative sources before acting, and must never present LeadQuarry data to a consumer or a third party as certain.
Lead-card notice: “Verify before use. This record may be incomplete, delayed or mismatched. It is data intelligence — not a consumer inquiry, consent, legal conclusion or eligibility report.”
If you think a record is wrong or should be suppressed, submit a correction request to [email protected].
