Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: August 8, 2026
LeadQuarry may hold information about you that was derived from public records or obtained from other lawful sources, even if you have never been our customer. This page is a single pathway for exercising your choices, and we offer it whether or not a particular law happens to require every right listed here.
What You Can Ask For
Access to the categories of personal information we hold about you, or to the specific information itself.
Correction of inaccurate contact or derived information.
Deletion or suppression of your information.
A portable copy of the information you gave us.
Opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling.
Limitation of, or withdrawal of consent to, the use of sensitive information where that applies.
Disclosure of the categories of source we obtained your information from and the categories of recipient we disclosed it to.
Appeal of a decision you disagree with.
Marketing and channel opt-outs, including do-not-contact.
How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with the right you want to exercise. Include enough information for us to find your records — typically your full name and the city and state associated with you — and nothing more. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents by ordinary email.
We collect only proportionate verification information, use it solely to verify you and to secure the request, and do not require you to create an account. Where the law does not require verification for an opt-out, we do not over-verify: we use a streamlined matching process instead, and may keep a minimized suppression token so that your choice keeps being honoured.
How We Process It
We date-stamp the request on arrival, locate the likely records, verify proportionately, pause any risky disclosure while the request is open, apply the required action to our active systems and to the providers who need to know, record any exception we rely on, and respond within the applicable statutory period with appeal instructions where required.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify the recipients that the law requires us to notify. We cannot alter a record held by a court or government agency — corrections to an official record must be made with the originating agency.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of any transfer that may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under U.S. state privacy law, email [email protected] with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. We also recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, on our website.
Do Not Distribute
Subject to fraud-prevention and legal exceptions, you may ask us to suppress your information from any future distribution through the platform. Suppression stops future distribution by us. It cannot retract data another company already obtained independently from a public source, and it does not change the underlying government record. We keep a minimized token so that suppression survives future ingestion.
Appeals and Non-Retaliation
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line within 45 days. Where the right exists, you may also contact your state regulator. We do not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. If a request would affect a service because we genuinely need the information to provide it, we will tell you.
