FCRA / Non-Consumer-Reporting Notice

LeadQuarry is not a “consumer reporting agency,” and neither the Services nor any Lead Data are “consumer reports,” as those terms are used in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. We do not intend, design or furnish our products for determining a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, government benefits, licensing, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA or an analogous state law. This policy sets out obligations you accept under your agreement with LeadQuarry. It is a contractual requirement, not legal advice, and not a complete statement of the law that applies to you. Take your own counsel's advice before you launch.
Strict Prohibition
You may not use or provide Lead Data, alone or combined with other information, for underwriting, loan prequalification, credit limits, collection strategy, or credit marketing based on eligibility; for insurance underwriting or pricing; for employment, contractor, volunteer or credential screening; for tenant, housing or property-access screening; for government-benefit or educational eligibility; for a background check or an assessment of character, reputation, personal characteristics or mode of living for an eligibility decision; or for any other FCRA “permissible purpose,” because we do not furnish consumer reports for such purposes.
No Workarounds
You may not attempt to convert Lead Data into a consumer report, represent LeadQuarry as a consumer reporting agency, request adverse-action support from us, or route the data through a third party to achieve any of the above. A disclaimer does not cure an actual FCRA-covered use. Where we suspect misuse we will suspend access and investigate.
If you need a consumer report, obtain one from a qualified consumer reporting agency under a separate, lawful process.
Acknowledgment
By using the Services you acknowledge: “I will not use LeadQuarry data for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant screening, background checks, or any other FCRA-regulated eligibility purpose.”
